The Solution
Bringing creativity to life at the seaside condos in Batumi, Georgia, this project by White C. epitomizes the fusion of innovative engineering and architectural elegance. Our designs, crafted with an acute understanding of the audience's needs and inspirations, connect seamlessly with the end user, creating impactful experiences. The project features an original geometry of diverse layouts and multi-storey townhouses, characterized by sleek white walls interspersed with wooden and soft gray facade panels. The complex boasts functional flat roofing and vertical greenery embellishing the solid walls. A tranquil courtyard hosts a relaxation zone and a swimming pool, adding to the charm of this residence.
