Tree House Residential Complex

Drawing inspiration from the site's majestic perennial trees and public square landscape, White C crafted an architectural composition of three distinct buildings that mirror the natural groupings of the surrounding grove. Each structure, varying in height and shade, creates a dynamic interplay with its historic urban context. Our design extends the concept of urban forestry vertically through a series of integrated gardens and greenhouses that cascade across each floor, effectively blurring the boundaries between architecture and nature. The exterior's rhythmic wooden elements flow seamlessly into the interior spaces, where natural textures and vertical design motifs create a cohesive architectural narrative. The project transcends mere residential functionality by incorporating vibrant communal spaces that celebrate Georgian culture and creativity. Tree House features the Davitiani space, a versatile venue for cultural events named after the David Guramishvili monument that stands before the building, alongside a contemporary co-working area for residents. The common areas are enriched by Irakli Gamrekeli's artwork collection, creating a sophisticated dialogue between architecture and art. Through expansive stained-glass windows, the building's corridors and elevator halls maintain a constant visual connection to the exterior concept, ensuring that residents experience a harmonious blend of urban living and natural beauty throughout their daily routines.
